A six-course chef-prepared Mediterranean dinner accompanied by live jazz music is promised to participants in the 33rd annual Dress the Child of Las Cruces fundraising dinner, titled, “Sunset Soirée: An Evening Under the Stars” on Sunday.
Per a news release, the ticketed event raises funds for purchasing new clothing and shoes for children in poverty in the Mesilla Valley: 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the mission, organizers said.
