The Shady Pines Chamber Players’ chorus of cellists are be back this year at 3 p.m., Saturday, June 29 at the Cloudcroft Hight School Commons.
They’ll bring another uncommon set of tunes from as old as several hundred years to very recent. And as a nod to the Cloudcroft Chamber declaration that The Village of Cloudcroft is the Christmas Capital of New Mexico, this all-cello cast will add some cozy reminders of all that cheer brought during Winter seasons.
Playing will be pros Joel Becktell, Lisa Donald, Jorge and Erin Espinoza and our local treasures John Cox, Dorian Ramirez, Grace Spulak and Kateri Bunting.
This concert is free. Contributions are encouraged to help with production costs and with the annual SPCP donation to the Cloudcroft Schools music programs.
