Be the community in community theatre! Come be part of a live studio audience taping for Silver City Community Theatre Radio Hour, and watch our SCCT Radio Players take on a classic radio comedy script from 1950: My Favorite Husband.  The original radio show, starring Lucille Ball, evolved into the groundbreaking television sitcom, I Love Lucy.  Our local cast includes Sarah Thrasher, Billy Dominguez, Joe Navan, Carol Gadda, and Mel Gelb.  We need your audience laughter and applause in the radio show recording, to be aired on KURU 89.1 FM.  The show is open by invitation, a donation is appreciated.  To be added to the audience, RSVP to marlarbond@gmail.com

Sun 3/13 @ 2:00 Finally we get to "Exit Laughing" at our Annual Business Meeting! Oasis Tea and Cofee, 714 N. Bullard St., Silver City.

Two years ago, the SCCT cast of Neil Simon's, "Exit Laughing" was days from opening a two week run at the El Sol Theatre, but the stay at home orders brought production to a halt.  This year our Annual Meeting will be hybrid (zoom and in person), and to honor the time and talent of the leading ladies (Phyllis McQuaide, Theresa Murphy, Linda Bluestone), and their director (Griffin Campbell), we invited them to revive one of their favorite scenes from "Exit Laughing" for our Annual Meeting entertainment!  We hope you can join us in-person or on zoom for this very special event. Subscribe or renew your SCCT membership and register for the Annual Meeting at silvercitycommunitytheater.com.
