The Friends of the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum presented a check for $27,000 to the Museum on Thursday, May 25. The money will be used to help preserve the antique tractors, provide feed for the livestock, and enhance the overall educational experience for children and other visitors to the Museum. Greg Ball, the Museum’s Livestock Manager; Debra Garcia y Griego, Cabinet Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs; Heather Reed, Executive Director of the Museum; Steve Loring, President of the Friends of the Museum; and Sandy Kostelecky, Treasurer of the Friends of the Museum, display the check. The Friends of the Museum is a 501(c)(3) organization that works in support of the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum.
