The New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum's (NMFRHM) annual Community Appreciation Day is 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Road.
Admission is free for everyone, NMFRHM said in a news release.
Demonstrations will take place 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Pony rides are tentatively planned for 10 a.m.- and will cost $5. There will also be a plant sale.
Visitors may enjoy all the museum's regular offerings during the day, including the indoor and outdoor exhibits and tours to see the livestock.
