Weaving for Justice Annual Fundraiser and Fashion Show
Sale of vintage hand-made items from Maya and South American weavers and other artists, including clothing, home décor, toys, and jewelry. All proceeds fund scholarships for Maya youth in Guatemala, Mexico and Belize, via the Maya Educational Foundation.

„The Dinner Party: Multicultural Crossroads in Clay“ Opens

Día de los Muertos Community Celebration
The largest regional Day of the Dead festival in New Mexico features live musicians, Ballet Folklorico, vendors, community altars, a Friday night screening of „Book of Life“ and a Saturday evening procession from the Plaza to Mesilla Cemetery.

Día de los Muertos Exhibit
The newly opened Taylor-Mesilla Historic Site will present a mini exhibit in the Reynolds Visitor Center called “Spirit Crossing,” that focuses on the traditions of the holiday by explaining the symbolism and meaning of the community altars.

Día de los Muertos Celebration
